![]() Pre-Registration Now Open for the 2008 PPA WWA Wake
Park World Series In Toulouse, France!
The PPA will be the first stop of the 2008 WWA WPWS and is open to all international riders with 3 different categories: Cable Wakeboard, Cable Wakeskate and the Orangina Winch Rail Jam. In addition to all the great riding, we will have live concerts and parties each night, a Guitar Hero Contest and Bikini Contest to be judged by the Pro Riders as well as a special viewing of the new wakeboard film Impact on May 8th. . A confrimation will be sent to the e-mail address provided to ensure that your pre-registration form was received. The Entry Fee will be $100 for the wakeboard contest and $100 for wakeskate. There will be a separate $70 entry fee for the Winch Rail Jam for those who are interested. Entry fee is inclusive of free riding on the cable, including the pre event day of May 7th, free meals and drinks, free transportation to and from the Toulouse Airport and Hotels, as well as access to all parties, concerts and events being held throughout the weekend. Competitors may compete in more than one discipline but an entry fee must be paid for each. For example: A rider can compete in one Wakeboard and one Wakeskate division if they choose. All riders must be current WWA members to compete. Membership entitles you to compete in any WWA event behind the boat, cable or rail jam anywhere in the world for the calendar year. You can obtain membership onsite during registration and rider check in on Thursday, May 8th.

Please take a look at the WWA Wake Park Rules and Format. The Protest Pro Am will also include the FFSN “2008 French Cup.” Registration for this competition will be done onsite on Thursday May 8th.

Traveling to Toulouse: Toulouse is in the southwest part of France in the Midi-Pyrenees Region. It’s located along the Garonne River, near the Pyrenees Mountains and halfway between the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. International and domestic flights arrive directly into Toulouse. Traveling to the Cable Sesquieres takes only about 10 minutes from the Airport and a free transportation shuttle will be provided, thanks to our partners at Dodge. Please contact us with your arrival times to make arrangements. Camping for the riders is available near the site. For those who require a room in Toulouse, you can book a hotel really close to the cable (Only 500 meters).

The Cableway at Sesquieres spins to the left and the wake park has 6 obstacles including 2 Kickers, 2 Rails/Sliders, 1 Funbox and 1 Tabletop.
